At the beginning of each school year, we are required to provide notification and receive permission from parents/guardians of students at South Fremont Junior High for a number of different activities.  In an effort to reduce the number of separate documents that need to be signed and collected, we have compiled as many as possible into a single packet.  These packets will be handed out and collected by your student’s Advisory teacher.

Please review each of the attached documents listed below and complete those that require a signature from a parent/guardian. Return the completed packet to your student’s Advisory teacher by Wednesday, September 7, 2016.
